They cleaned up really well. The only way you could tell that they had been here is by looking right at the trees. They didn't leave anything behind! They also took out a tree that was close to the house and they didn't charge me for that since we had them doing a lot of work and I liked that. The lead worker was really nice and polite as well.

THE CREW ARRIVED ON TIME AND WERE VERY QUICK AT GETTING THE JOB DONE. THEY BROUGHT A LARGE TRUCK TO HAUL OFF ALL THE DEBRIS, AND ALSO CUT ANY LIMBS SUITABLE FOR A FIREPLACE UP FOR ME TO USE.

THEY CAME OUT NEXT DAY, DIAGNOSED PROBLEM AS PHARAOH ANTS, NOT FIRE ANTS. THEY SAID THEY WERE LIVING IN THE WALLS OF OUR HOME. THEY PUT OUT AN ANT BAIT IN NUMEROUS PLACES AND WITHIN SEVERAL DAYS ALL ANTS WERE GONE.

THIS WAS A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH. THE PEOPLE ARE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT TREES AND OTHER LANDSCAPING. THEY ARE CONSERVATIVE, BUT THOROUGH IN THEIR TREATMENTS. THEIR COMMUNICATION IS EXCELLENT. IN ADDITION TO THE ACTUAL WORK, THEY SEND A REGULAR NEWSLETTER TO EACH CUSTOMER REMINDING THEM OF THINGS TO BE AWARE OF CONCERNING CERTAIN TREATMENTS, PESTS, ETC. THE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY CAME OUT TO DO THE WORK WERE POLITE, FRIENDLY, AND PROFESSIONAL.

CAME TO HOME AND EXAMINED TREE FOR CAUSE OF PROBLEM. DIAGNOSED PROBLEM AND GAVE SEVERAL SOLUTIONS THAT DID NOT REQUIRE PROFESSIONAL HELP.
