MM Construction Systems was formed in 2007 by Pedro Moreno, with the goal of providing roofing labor services to the residential market. Pedro had over 25 years of experience in the roofing industry and formed MM Construction Systems with the goal in mind of becoming a force nationwide. In 2011, Paul Ford came on board and the company expanded into the commercial marketplace. The company has grown steadily into now being the premier provider of commercial labor only services to the largest roofing contractors in America. With over 2 dozen crews across a spectrum of services, we are ready to take on any job anywhere. The company has prospered by paying attention to details, not just to specific job scopes of our clients but to the details of running a sub-contracting business like a business. That means all the proper insurance and endorsements to protect our clients. That means having all the certifications and training necessary to ensure our crews know proper safety procedures and protocols. That means weekly invoicing from one central office That means periodic or daily updates as needed That means inventory of materials at start of job to assure we have everything in place to finish job with minimal additional involvement That means standing behind our work – or a problem – to completion

We are located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, but travel all over the State of Texas for residential work. However, we are called upon by many commercial companies to work for them around the United States. No roof is too big or too small. We will complete the work on time and within budget.
