Despite telling the young man exactly what grade oil to put in my truck, he put in the wrong grade! Truck takes 5W30. 5W20 was put in the truck. There is little supervision of the young men working in this business and there was no follow-up after my oil change to insure that everything was correct, that there were no leaks, etc. It took almost an hour for the oil change. The owner/manager never came out of his office--he collects the money and back into his office. The young people working in the bays were doing what they wanted with absolutely no supervision! I will NEVER go back to this business!!
