After inspection the upstairs unit blew out hot air.  KNK returned and informed me that I had a hole in either the coil or compressor.  Received a second opinion in which inspector found a loose cap on freon port and tightened, then replenished freon.  System works just fine . . . without needing replacement.

Service person arrived on time, and quickly solved the problem. It's so nice to have an even distribution of air in all the rooms.  Was very surprised that the service was so reasonably priced.

It went quite well.  The workers worked hard and were very professional.  The owner was there for the start and the finish of the job.  The gas furnace works very well but I have not had a chance to test out the air conditioner as yet

They were prompt, courteous, and got the job done quickly with a team of 4-5 guys. The price beat the other bid by $2000 and there were no add on charges. I highly recommend this company. They are also good for service calls.

Since the unit works, must say things went well, but the installers could certainly be more professional.

I called to have a technician come out and "winterize" the furnace since it has become cold.  A new person came out and insisted I buy a new thermostat - he gave an estimate of $123.00, but it turned out to be $171.00.  He did not have an owner's maual or any information about using the thermostat and the things he DID tel lme did not work.  He did not do the servicing at no charge, did not inform me of what he was doing or how much it would cost.  He then gave me a lecture on using credit cards -- he  is totally against them.  I was not happy and called the offce to say so.  They sent Charles and he was very helpful.

I had no problem with them.  The parts were a little pricey.  They were efficient.  I am happy with their performance.

They were efficient, reliable, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them to others.

On the yearly maintenance plan, they always put you on at the top of the list for service calls. All of the service techs are very polite (Charles and Jason). They are knowledgeable. Their bi-yearly rates have the same since the year 2001. They always call you if they are running behind which is respectable.
