Real Estate Service
Michelle Ramsey was very unresponsive to any and all of our needs. Michelle was very non-chalant about our listing and was even too busy to get a proper looking sign in our yard. We had to ask Michelle to put a road side sign out on a neighboring busy road....even that was a poorly executed task as she planted a sign that weather-veined in the wind and was always unreadable.
The house sold in 10 days thru NO EFFORT of Michelle's. Michelle made many requests of us for information and further requests for us to get the information to her, when other realtors would take the initiative to come and pick-up any and all info. Michelle is a very lazy realtor and real estate is just a hobby for her.
Michelle never followed up or thanked us for our business and for that matter she never offered to release a point or a half a point back to us do to the ease and simplicity of the sale. Michelle made over $4000 of our money for a little over 2 hours of total billable time.
I would never ever recommend Michelle Ramsey of Keller-Williams Realty in Aledo TX to anyone. Her unresponsiveness, and otherwise plan old greed was unconscionable and typifies why real-estate agents and their business's need to be regulated by the State & Federal Government.
