Robert arrived at the designated time and quickly helped me program my remote button as well as providing me with a new remote button for my husband. He quickly found the problem which was the wiring from the eyelet and realigning both eyelets. He was fast, professional and thorough! I highly recommend Garage Depot USA! This is my second time contacting Robert because he fixed my garage doors for my other house that is for sale.

Robert and James provided me with fast service to install the circuit board so the garage door will open from the wall button. They were prompt with the service, friendly and very helpful!

My door was off the frame and dangling due to the door being closed on my minivan trunk by accident.  Not only did Bob come out within an hour, but he was able to fix it and get the door closed promptly.  This all was in the evening after 7pm and we were worried that we would have to keep the door open all night.  He also made the door quieter, explained some concerns for the future, and told us how to keep up the door.  We appreciated his expertise very much.  I would use them again and i recommend them (actually already did to a friend!).

Actually they came through our home warranty-One Guard. However this repair wasn't covered. Read the other reviews. Polite, efficient. Will use them again and probably call them for a door tuneup so the other one wont snap.

They were punctual. They were able to get the job done for just service cost. They did a good job.

The door was repaired perfectly. I did not meet the service provider but my property manager said he did an excellent job.

They rewired it, installed a new spring, and put in new wheels. They were very honest and truthful with me and didn't try to upsell me later which I really appreciated.

Christians have joined some larger group of garage door service companies run out of San Diego - GDS Garage Door Services - who came when we called the Christians phone number. GDS are total incompetents. Asked for an insulated steel door - sales guy even showed us the thickness of the insulation when we ordered the door. They came when only wife at home, with a dented door, took them over six hours to install and go back and forth for un-dented panels (single garage) and the opener - and it's not the door we ordered - no insulation. When we called and pointed this out, the said basically "tough", if we wanted them to come back out and add the insulation, it would be a $250 service charge on top of the $100 for the insulation kit.They do not stand behind their "customer satisfaction guaranteed" so I doubt they will stand behind the door guarantee they offer either.

New Year's Eve, arrived at 5:00PM, done by 5:20. Very professional and courteous. Good work overall. Since then, garage opener has a glitch now and then, may need to adjust the springs to lift a bit more.

They were prompt, less than the price quoted by two other companies, did a good job, and did not leave anything behind.

In January, they came out and repaired a snapped cable that had caused my garage door to go off the tracks. The door worked fine at first. Then six months later, it came off the tracks once again. I called Bob and he came out and looked at it and said he'd repair it for another $100. He said the earlier repair work only had a 90-day warranty, so he was refusing to stand behind his company's work. I really feel like when an expensive repair is made, it should last longer than six months. I suspect that either something was not done right during the original repair, or the repairman failed to see something that needed adjusting, because there's no other satisfactory explanation for why I would need the same repair only six months later. Bob didn't seem interested in keeping my business, so he won't.

Everything was fine except they brought part and started late in the day.

They are a very fine company.

After emailing the vendor for a service request, they promptly bid the job, and were able to complete the repairs immediately. Also, they have traveled many miles for only one small repair at a reasonable price. Recently, we had a few issues that were more costly, but the vendor was able to communicate the extra repair needs that were outside the scope of the original estimate, and they also completed the job timely. We now call them out for repairs and replacements without first requiring a bid. We trust their labor / pricing and quality will continue to be fair.
