Mike Farnham is a refreshingly honest and friendly contractor. He listens to customer input to the design process and is eager to do a good job. My lawn was so patchy and full of weeds when I bought the house that I thought it needed to be re-sodded. But Mike assured me that he could make it look good with their lawn service, and he was right! The grass is green, thick and healthy and now, and the guys who do the work are careful, fast and courteous. I highly recommend this family owned and operated business.

The workers were all very friendly and they did show up on time. I did think they were a little high in price, but the quality of the work made it well worth it. Once they started the project, it was done in a timely manner. In the past, I have used them to install my sprinkler system and 2 planks in my backyard. They did a great job then as well.

Two workman came and spent 3 hours working on the system. They didn't have all the parts so they had to go buy some of the replaced parts. I called them back the following week because the system was not working. The workman returned and spent another 3 hours working and still could not get the system to work. He said he would be back the following day with his supervisor, but he nor his supervisor returned. I called the office which had closed at 4:00pm on Friday, so I left a message asking why they did not return. The following week the supervisor came out unexpectedly and repaired the system in 30 minutes. He apologized for the other workman. They did not give me an estimate of the cost and did not tell me that they were charging $85.00 an hour for labor!

Tim was very polite and located the leaks and broken parts and repaired them. He took the time to address the problems we were having with the water pressure and suggested a few ways we could have better water coverage of the system. I will definitely call this company back for future services.

AFTER GETTING SEVERAL ESTIMATES, I DECIDED TO GO WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY SEEMED TO PROVIDE THE BEST PRODUCT. THEY WERE NOT THE CHEAPEST, HOWEVER I THINK YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH MY SPRINKLER SYSTEM AND AM GLAD THAT I HAD IT INSTALLED.

WE HIRED THE "CHEAP" GUYS TO INSTALL OUR SPRINKLER SYSTEM PRIOR TO LANDSCAPING. AFTER THE LANDSCAPING WAS DONE WE DISCOVERED THAT THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WAS NOT DESIGNED CORRECTLY. AFTER MANY UNANSWERED PHONE CALLS, I CALLED OUR SECOND CHOICE WHO WAS MORE EXPENSIVE. THE OWNER WAS THERE THAT AFTERNOON AND WE HAD A QUOTE THE NEXT DAY TO FIX THE PROBLEMS. HE CORRECTED THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WITH NO DAMAGE TO THE NEW LANDSCAPING AND NOW IT WORKS BEAUTIFULLY. I GUESS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! I WISH I HAD HIRED FARNHAM IN THE FIRST PLACE.
