They were very prompt and showed up when they said they would.
I would recommend them to snyone
Mike Farnham is a refreshingly honest and friendly contractor. He listens to customer input to the design process and is eager to do a good job. My lawn was so patchy and full of weeds when I bought the house that I thought it needed to be re-sodded. But Mike assured me that he could make it look good with their lawn service, and he was right! The grass is green, thick and healthy and now, and the guys who do the work are careful, fast and courteous. I highly recommend this family owned and operated business.
"THANK YOU FOR THIS WONDERFUL OPPORTUNITY TO PUBLICIZE OUR PROFESSIONALISM AND INTEGRITY. THESE ARE THE FACTS: 1) REGRETTABLY, WE DID FAIL TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH THIS CLIENT. IT IS ALSO TRUE THE JOB TOOK SEVERAL VISITS TO COMPLETE - HOWEVER, IT WAS COMPLETED SUCESSFULLY. 2) THERE WERE A NUMBER OF DIFFERENT PROBLEMS WITH THE SYSTEM, ALL OF WHICH WERE REPAIRED. 3) THE CUSTOMER WAS CHARGED FOR ONLY 2 1/2 HOURS OF THE 9 1/4 HOURS THAT WE ACTUALLY HAD INTO THIS JOB AS A GESTURE OF OUR GOOD FAITH THIS SERVICE CALL WAS NOT ONLY FOR REPLACING THE ABOVE LISTED PARTS BUT ALSO FOR A COMPLEX WIRING PROBLEM. IT IS CURIOUS THAT THE CUSTOMER FELT UNINFORMED OF OUR BILL RATE SINCE WE HAD SERVICED THE PROPERTY ON 2 SEPERATE OCCASIONS IN 2003 AND 2006. REGARDLESS, THE TYPICAL HOURLY RATE WASN'T EVEN APPLIED TO THIS JOB. THANKS AGAIN FOR OPPORTUNITY TO RESPOND."
