KEN IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN WORKING WITH COMPUTERS. HE DID A GREAT JOB REPLACING THE HARD DRIVE AND FAN ON MY COMPUTER. HE DID A GREAT JOB IN A FAIR AMOUNT OF TIME FOR A FAIR PRICE.
