 + -1 moreA new motor had to be ordered as it was a special unit After several days without a working system I contacted them to find out the status of the parts order. They responded that the order was never shipped and had to re-order and have it over-nighted. Installation was quick and the system works perfectly now.
Description of Work: The blower motor failed on my HVAC unit.

Description of Work: East Texas Heating and Air performed exemplary service at our home. The salesman was prompt and very courteous and did not do a "hard sell" of any one product which we appreciated. He was very patient in answering follow-up questions after his initial call and estimate. It took us a while to decide and he got back to us promptly after each call. | |The technicians who installed our new heating and air conditioning Trane system were courteous and prompt--fast and neat- and checked with us after the installation to be sure everything was working properly. Only when we were satisfied with the installation was payment required and that was handled easily online with a credit card. We were very impressed with the professionalism of everyone involved. | |We had an opportunity to talk to the serviceman who will be doing the two free maintenance checks the first year and he went over all the things he will be checking and the time it will take which tracks with the work we had done on our Trane maintenance in Dallas. We felt good about what he said and will report back on Angie's List after the work has been done; Our first maintenance will be in Fall of 2015.

 + -1 moreHome 4 Ton Trane AC unit quit (AGAIN!!)..Anthony responded in a timely manner (on A Saturday) showed up when he said he would arrive and promply diagnosed and repaired our forever troublesome TRANE A/C system at a reasonable price. I would use Anthony again and I believe if this TRANE system fails again I will empty my 45 into the unit and have a Carrier installed. In our experience TRANE SUCKS!! BUT ANthony figured out what AGAIN screwed up and got us cool. Thanks for a great job Anthony.!!! ou the MAN!!
