A new motor had to be ordered as it was a special unit After several days without a working system I contacted them to find out the status of the parts order. They responded that the order was never shipped and had to re-order and have it over-nighted. Installation was quick and the system works perfectly now.

Home 4 Ton Trane AC unit quit (AGAIN!!)..Anthony responded in a timely manner (on A Saturday) showed up when he said he would  arrive and promply diagnosed and repaired our forever troublesome TRANE A/C system at a reasonable price. I would use Anthony again and I believe if this TRANE system fails again I will empty my 45 into the unit and have a Carrier installed. In our experience TRANE SUCKS!! BUT ANthony figured out what AGAIN screwed up and got us cool. Thanks for a great job Anthony.!!! ou the MAN!!
