Our teams operate according to the standards for quality and tree care set by The International Society of Arboriculture. He gave me the date and time that his crew would come and perform the work. Clay and his crew showed up exactly on time that he said he would. His crew went right to work and did an excellent job. Clay and his crew are very professional in what they do. Will certainly use him in the future.

They did a fantastic job. I couldn't believe how efficient they were in getting the work done and cleaning up after themselves. The workers were professional and were very thorough. There was a bit of a delay because of rain and Ed the owner let me know beforehand. I didn't hear part of the note and was a little irked when no one showed up in the morning that I expected, but when Ed got the message he let me know that he had said they would be here in the afternoon in his phone message. He didn't get upset at my misunderstanding and somewhat curt phone calls. Great company- I will use them again.

They were okay, but they were more expensive than another firm which is composed of recovering drug addicts and alcoholics. That company has always done a wonderful job so that is who I use now and I will continue to use them instead of New Heights.

They contacted me via email, gave me an estimate, came out and did the work and I was totally happy with them. They did it when they said they would at the price they said they would. I wish I had remembered them when I had another tree removed because I was eventually very sorry about that.

They did a good job. The tree was on a property line with a fence around it. They were very cautious about not damaging the fence. It took them a few days to do the work. Once the work was completed, they hauled away all of the debris. I was very happy with the work they did.

The service turned out very well. They were punctual and they did the work to my satisfaction. They were pleasant to work with and I would use them again. They have an arborist on staff and he gave additional recommendations at no cost for the health of the trees. This was just an additional customer service piece that was added. They are very competitive with pricing in this area.

The service was really good. They did work for us at a church that I went to. They were really gracious and they gave us an extremely good price. They even gave a few services for free. We had received quotes for a few thousand and they said we will do some of the work for free. They came when they said they would and they did the work that was promised. They called to follow up as well.

They are wonderful. The cost was reasonable compared to other providers in our area. The country club uses their service as well and our home is on the golf path. They did a marvelous job and they trimmed to the tip of the canopies. This is approximately 65 feet up. It was an adventure watching them do the service. They did agriculturally safe techniques to keep the trees safe. They cleaned up after themselves beautifully. They even blew off the debris on the roof. They came on time and everyone made sure to say goodbye before they left and they all spoke english.

They arrived early, worked fast and did a great job picking up the debris. They are clearly professionals. They are careful not to damage other shrubs in the area. Don't be afraid to cut shrubs way back to get them to the proper size for the area - they might look bad at first but in no time they come back better than before. Nothing is worse than overgrown shrubs. Because they work fast, the cost is always reasonable. Know what you want done (i.e. don't waffle) and let them do their job. You will be pleased.

Showed up on time and completed all work in one day except for about 3/4 of the Hackberry stump when the stump grinder had a mechanical failure. They had to rent a stump grinder to finish the work. The only negative was they drove their truck across the neighbors yard to try to jump start the stump grinder.

Everyone is so nice and helpful at New Heights, from Julie in the office, to Eloy and his crew. They began working as soon as they arrived and did not stop until they were done for the day. It was over 100 degrees most days, and they worked so hard the whole time. Eloy even made a curtesy stop by my house early in the morning to cut away at some trees enough for my concrete workers to get a bobcat through. New Heights was not even scheduled to start that day, but Eloy did it to help me out. They are all very helpful and professional.

Trimmed a very large oak tree in the front yard that was hanging over the neighbors driveway and growing foward their house, trimmed limbs growing onto our roof. Removed a very large tree in the back yard that was hanging over the fence into neighbors yard and had limbs breaking and falling onto our yard. Removed a medium size tree in the front yard that was being crowded out by other large trees.
