Called for estimate Friday morning, left a message. My call was returned early that afternoon, by Mr. Hastings, and we set up an appointment for Tuesday between 10am and noon. On appointment day, Mr. Hastings called at about 11am, telling me he would be there by noon. A half-hour later, he called again, asking if we could postpone until later that afternoon (after 3pm) as he had a problem on a job site he needed to see to. I agreed. I've never heard from him again. Neither he (by his direct cell phone) nor his office returned calls made over several days that week. ----- Opinion: Perhaps something dreadful occurred that day, and my estimate was forgotten... however, a return phone call (3 calls made to the office line over the next couple days, plus 2 calls to Mr. Hasting's cell) would have been nice. No longer interested in doing business with this company.
