Issue was resolved the next day. I’m embarrassed to say the issue was just the power. The tech unplugged the garage door opener and plugged it back in. He also greased it to keep it running smoothly.

They came first thing in the morning on an urgent request and handled it professionally. New spring installed

Torsion spring broke on Wednesday night. Called David and made an appointment for Thursday morning. Mark was there early and was finished in less than 30 minutes. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

David and his crew were great! I really appreciated that they worked around my schedule since I work 6 days a week and I’m a single mom. They provided me with a good quality garage door. They hooked it up with the poor electrical plug that was there from the previous owners of the house that I just bought. Then, after I had the electricians bring my house up to code, David was kind enough to help with getting it plugged in with a different extension cord if needed. Thankfully my electrician installed an outlet right where the opener needed it to be. He also had his installer meet me on a different day, at my convenience, to personally show me how to use the outside keypad for entrance directly into the garage, which is convenient for my sons when exiting or entering the house with their bicycles. I highly recommend David because of his fair pricing and also for his personal service. He really cares about his customer’s needs. Thank you, David!

Affordable is one of the few honest and trustworthy garage door repair companies in San Antonio. Many others are crooks. The job was done on time and for the price in the bid. Affordable did not try to sell me repairs that were unneeded and unnecessary and exorbitantly priced.
