They were very courteous. The problem was a water leak in the wall, so the water was coming into the house and I don’t know how they did it, they found exactly where the leak was very quickly.

We have a home warranty since we bought the house so if something goes wrong with the house for a year after we buy the house, we can call the home warranty and they send people out. This was the second company the home warranty send out and they were really good. The guy was really nice, professional and he explained everything.

It did not pass inspection. I had to schedule another time for them to come and and examine why it didn't pass the inspection, and then another time to bring it up to code. They did bring it up to code, didn't charge me any extra, and it did pass the second time.

DEFINITELY WOULD USE AND/OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANYand gt; . Details: Contracted with my Home Warrant Company, A DOS AMIGOS PLUMBING (Ron) Using his extensive knowledge, he diligently explained solutions to any identified problems....those
solutions being the most cost-effective he know was available. When I mentioined I was going to drain my water tanks, he offerred help by telling me to call him and he would walk thru with me step-by-step the draining process. (it had to be during the week due to his schedule). Ron was conscientious, caring and definitely had a priority that being to leave a satisfied customer

They did a very bad job. They took the toilet apart to fix the problem, and they did not fix the problem. I had another company come in to fix the problem, and the other company told me that they put in old parts in the toilet when they tried to fix it.
