+ -1 moreThe response from this manufacturer is totally unacceptable. Needless to say I will not buy another Toshiba product.
Description of Work: I bought a Toshiba TV from a major national retailer. I was told that because it was past their 90 day return policy I had to deal with the manufacturer. After the first contact I was told I had to reply to an email to get the closest repair facility. When I was going through the process that was not an option. I was ONLY allowed to ship it back to one of their facilities Considering this a $250 TV the cost of packing materials and shipping does make it worth the time and effort. And not to mention the time with out the TV.
