They show up on time and their work is great. We have recommended them to friends who have used them and are happy, too.

Our salesman, Drew was great. He was professional, courteous and very patient. He actually talked us out of unnecessarily replacing floors in our second living room, saving us money.

They were very prompt, they were reasonable, and kind.

The wrong color was ordered. We gave them a sample of what we wanted. She knew the color was important to us as she was part of the process. (Crystal was her name.) When the wood arrived it sat three days, as needed, then they started laying it. When I saw what color it was - RED - compared to the blondish color ordered. Everything came to a stop. She refused to accept responsibility for the error. She ordered off the # on the back of the sample (we didn't even know there was a # on the back) instead of ordering the color requested. She was not professional and took no responsibility for anything.
We were left stranded - fortunately the contractor, Maximilian Construction, stepped in and paid for the correction to be made. This correction involved removing the existing hardwood in the living room area. The wood was ordered and laid, (took about 4-6 weeks to get it). When they laid it, there is a circle/radius cut that needed to be done. They did a terrible job on that! We had to have another hardwood guy come out to finish the job.
Signature Floors lacks in professional attitude, has terrible customer service, and is incompetent. The only reason their quality is good is they represent companies of quality. Unfortunately the middle man SIGNATURE FLOORS did not put the stamp of success on this project.
We should have refused the floor, made them take out what they had laid down, and get the right color. We thought we were being 'good guys', but that sure backfired.
As for me and my family, friends or anyone who asks, Signature Floors and Interiors will never be used or get a good referral from us. The only referral I would give them - is not very good.

A neighbor recommended Signature Floors to us, but we also visited several other flooring companies in the area. The information, attention and professionalism at Signature Floors was by far the best. We spent some time in their showroom selecting several possible choices. When Ron Goodwyn came to the house to measure he explained that our top choice may not be best because of it's subtle pattern and the layout of our house This was never mentioned by the other floor company that came to measure for the exact same carpet. We were also interested in an upgraded carpet pad with a moisture barrier and Ron showed us several samples and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each. Also, the installers are all employees of Signature Floors, which is significant when you realize that proper installation is just as important for beautiful floors as selecting a quality product.
The entire process from selection, to job quote, scheduling and installation went seamlessly. I would not hesitate to recommend Signature Floors to anyone and plan to use them in the future for my flooring needs.

The price was right. The service was prompt and very professional.
The installation went exceptionally well.
There were no issues.
I would definitely use them again for all my carpeting needs.
I plan to use them for additional work in the near future.

They arrived on time to give an estimate and I was particularly impressed at how thorough they were in analyzing and understanding what we needed and how it needed to be done including pointing out some areas that may need a workaround or alteration which we discussed and agreed on a solution. The team showed up on time to begin demo and installation and it went very smoothly and the work was completed on time and is beautiful. We would definitely hire them again for repairs or any other flooring needs we may have in the future.
