RESTORATION SPECIALISTS

My insurance company recommended these people for water remediation in my house after s sprinkler system failure. They showed up promptly, but that was the last good thing that happened. After days of watching them move fans around and what not for water soaked dryall with insulation behind hit that was not drying. I explained to the second or third person out, that it wasn't going to dry unless they took the drywall out of one section where the drywall was still soft. They seemed to take exception to me pointing this out and destroyed the trim, crown and base moulding not only in this section of the wall but on 10 foot either side.  They also destroyed the trim in most other parts of the simply because they did not have the proper tools to remove it. The only real tool they had was basically a hammer and they didn't know how to use that very well. They say that "insurance is paying for it" I say why should they pay for something you destroyed unnecessarily, for no reason at all? Now not only do I have to find someone to find the right trim ( a lot of trim), match it, match the paint (rarely done well) and install it, all of which was caused by their negligence, they are suing me for the deductible? I can't wait to go to court, stay away from these people, they are incompetent at best. They destroyed my house, now they are trying to destroy my credit, it's amazing they can get away with anything based on the way they conduct business. I have pictures of the crap they did to my house and would upload them if Angies list had that capability.  So if you want more stress on top of an already bad situation, these are the people to call.

They estimated the job at 3 weeks.  I had to run them off after the 4th month of the job being uncomplete.  They didn?t frame the subfloor correctly.  They didn't complete in a timely manner and they didn't build a shower pan to standards.  The tile guy ran off after I questioned him.  The general contractor was no help. 

The demolition was completed in 1 afternoon and I was very pleased.  The framing and tile crew were bad.  The sheet rock and texture crew were alright.  The time management was horrible and I had to finish about a third of the job myself.  I wouldn't trust them farther than I could throw them.

They did a nice job and they showed up when they were supposed to. I didn t have to pay for the work because the insurance covered it. The crew was really friendly and worked fast to get the job done. They didn t get paint everywhere and they were polite which I think is important when they are in your house. They work they did is good, and we haven't noticed any thing wrong with it.

THEY CAME OUT AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE. THEY HELPED US CHOOSE NEW TILE FROM THEIR SHOWROOM AND THEY TORE OUT THE OLD FLOOR AND TILED THE WHOLE BATHROOM. THEY WERE FAST, EFFICIENT, AND NEAT. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE FINAL RESULTS.
