Met at a property with the Networth Realty agent on May 21, 2015 and agreed to purchase a single family residence.  Networth Realty already had comps and contractor estimates for the rehab so this made it easy to calculate the potential profit.  It took until June 15th to close - this was the original date set, I asked for it to be sooner but it didn't happen. Most house leads I now get from them now show closing dates 10-14 days out.  My general contractor did an awesome job and completed the job in 28 days as promised.  He was on time and on budget.  Networth marketed the property for 1%.  The house hit the MLS 7/22/15 and had multiple offers within 24hrs of hitting the MLS.  I accepted an offer by 7/24/15 with closing set for A MONTH LATER on 8/25/15.  There was very little communication once the buyer's inspection was completed.  When the date of closing rolled around I had to call Realtor only to find out that that it was not happening that day-pushed 2 days.  Two days later I once again had to call realtor around noon to confirm the closing.  I was told then that it needed to be rescheduled for the following Tuesday 9/1/15.  Around noon, ONCE AGAIN,  I had to call, to find out if we were closing - I was then told the closing would be pushed 2 weeks to 9/15/15.  Again NO COMMUNICATION FROM REALTOR - All communication was now between me and the title company.  Then on 9/8 the title company called me around 1030am to ask if I could come in to close that day.  
I made $6000 on this deal.  Just on closing (buy and sell), it took 70 days.  Since this is not a review of the title company, I will not go into that. 
Due to the poor level of communication from this particular realtor-I WILL NOT BE USING NETWORTH REALTY IN THE FUTURE.
P.S.  If you decide to go with these guys DO NOT use their in house lender. - That's another story.
P.S.S As of 9/22/15 I still have not received my option money check written more than a month and a half ago.  The realtor said he forgot.  I Just contacted him this morning, it still has not been sent because they don't have my home address.  Really.... All the papers I signed with them and they don't have my home address!?  
Again -----Due to the poor level of communication and follow-through from this particular realtor-I WILL NOT BE USING NETWORTH REALTY IN THE FUTURE.

Salesperson Nikki Lloyd was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, professional and responsive during the entire transaction. I really like their business model and the services they provide. I've been a Licensed Broker for 13 years and I find the comps they provide to be accurate and aboveboard.

Words cannot describe how truly pleased I am with Mark Bloom (CEO) and his team of experts. I had the pleasure of working with both Mark and Stephen Salerno (Dallas location).  Stephen is the best and most trust worthiest Accusations Agent in the Dallas, TX  office. He was patient, able to communicate well and was very driven in finding the best possible investment property for my budget and criteria. During the whole renovation process from purchasing the property to the end of rehab he was literally available 24/7 in my time of need and took the time to explain, then re-explain and offered helpful suggestions. 

I have observed that NetWorth Realty is an amazing company for several
reasons:

1. Mark Bloom (CEO) is extremely driven, professional, kind hearted and
very trustworthy. These characteristics is what his team members
posses and is what makes NetWorth a successful foundation not only
for it's employees, but also for it's customers.

2. Stephen Salerno in the Dallas office and the Acquisitions Agents in every NetWorth
office are properly trained and aren't your typical sales people. Yes
they sell you investment properties, but they also care about "what"
they are selling you. When you have a trustworthy owner which leads
to hiring trustworthy employees the outcome is great for both
customer and business.

3. With that said, NetWorth takes the time to research, run comps, and
give you truthful suggestions on what your rehab and materials amount
should be for the neighborhood in which you are renovating your
property. This is wonderful for first time investors like myself
because there are so many variables that come into play when
renovating a home. My suggestion is to listen to the professionals.

4. Last, they have what I call "The NetWorth Bible". NetWorth
Realty has a list of reliable contractors, general contractors,
foundations experts, electricians, brick mason, hard
money lender etc., etc., etc ... the list goes on and on. They even
have a Real Estate agent in their office that will sell your newly
renovated property. How amazing is that!?!?!


My property investment experience  was very successful and I will
continue to use NetWorth Realty!
