delivered a long speech on honesty and stuff which i am ok with , but in order to go to the next level they need to walk their talk more. ...here are the issues
* the crew stole my dish antenna(when replacing roof) and never returned back although they promised to.
* the color of the roof was not exactly the same as i wanted. they showed me one color and brand but finally delivered a slightly different color and brand. yes its important for them to save money but not at the expense of my preferences. especially from a honest provider which they claim to be.
I guess the way the top of the line providers work is they reduce the talking, do the work as promised and also have reasonable rates. so if you have to go to the next level, think about thess issues...

"At the homeowner's specific request the satellite dish was removed from the roof, and not re-installed. The homeowner’s HOA gave him a selection of two color choices. The first of the two choices the homeowner selected was a shingle grade beneath, 20-25 year, what his home currently had. We provided a link with the equivalent color choice, the second approved by the HOA, which was a higher grade, more expensive shingle and a lifetime shingle which the customer agreed was the color choice he wanted for his roof. The material order reflects the exact shingle choice and color, the GAF lifetime shingle, which was agreed upon by the homeowner in an email. The homeowner never expressed any concern about the color until this review. They did in fact receive the highest quality shingle in their grade."
