THEY WERE RUDE, IT TOOK THEM FOREVER, AND I HAVE A ROOF LEAK.

THE SERVICE WAS GREAT UNTIL WE CUT THEM THE CHECK. WE HAD UPGRADED SHINGLES, AND WERE ENTITLED TO A DISCOUNT ON HOMEOWNER'S INSURANCE. HOWEVER, WE REQUIRED THE BUILDER TO FILL OUT ONE SIMPLE FORM, AND IT TOOK 8 PHONE CALLS AND INTERVENTION FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY TO GET IT DONE.
