Extreme Comfort AC was an excellent choice. Very responsive and timely. Prior to having the unit replaced, they sent a techncian out (Umberto) who completely diagnosed the system and advised me of the current situation. I chose to have the unit replaced. All of the installing technicians were professional and courteous. They arrived on time and had my unit up and running within hours. Removed the old equipment and cleaned up afterwards. I had to have a minor adjustment afterwards and Tony Alfaro was super. I highly recommend this company for any needs as it relates to AC/Heating units. New or Service issues.

How did it go? Well, going down the list of AC specialists calling for availability to schedule a service appointment I came across this company and Mark. The first good sign was that a person answered the call verse being greeted by a machine with a hold message telling me I'm such and such in line to be answered. The second was his honesty when explaining the availability of his staff and pricing. I called late in the day(toward his closing time) yet mark called his service techs to see if one was willing to extend their day and help me out. Sure enough, within a short period of time, Mark called me back and Humberto was going to visit me the very same day. Now the third thing that was amazing, Humberto showed up 15mins early. Very professional, informative (because I'm curious and have questions), and polite (I'm sure I asked some silly questions) he answered every one of my questions. Hands down, amazing service and will definitely recommend Extreme Comfort Air Conditioning to my family and friends.

Our AC gave out late Wednesday and Marc gave us a call within 3 minutes of the post on Angi's list. He was extremely resourceful with information about our unit and whether it was worth fixing the condenser or getting a new unit. His guy was out next day to assess and the system was installed the next day. Service couldn't have been quicker. His team was completely professional, careful and extremely patient because our space wasn't the easiest to get in to place the indoor system. We wouldn't think twice about recommending Extreme Comfort to anyone.

Excellent as always! Extreme Comfort has been servicing my personal house and several rent homes for at least a decade now. They are always punctual (call 30 minutes ahead of time), always professional, always tidy, and always address the issue to resolution. They also will explain to me how things work, what I should do for better performance in the future, etc. They are super easy to reach, very easy to schedule, and have always been able to find a time to come out that works for my busy work schedule. Though this was just an AC service, they have replaced the entirety of the AC and heating system in my current house.

I want to be very clear and say that their is no review that can adequately describe how incredible Extreme Comfort is. My mother, sister, and I have all had our heating and Air conditioning units replaced by Extreme Comfort!! They do an Incredible job!! When I got my AC and Heating units replaced they had that done within 3 days and were at my house and installing the new units within a week. It was July and hot as heck!!! They work diligently despite the intense heat!!!! Their employees are top notch as far as their knowledge of AC and heating and very professional. I had such a good experience with Extreme comfort that I continue to refer them to everyone that I know. My new unit was installed in either 2017 or 2018. It has performed well and I will never use any other heating and air conditioning company besides Extreme Comfort. Extreme Comfort comes to my home in a timely manner to service and perform maintenance on my unit when needed. They change the filter and clean my unit when it was required. Their prices are very reasonable and from my experience much lower than the other companies that I have used in the past. I am a disabled vet and live on a salary from the Veterans Administration so I rely on good, honest companies such as Extreme Comfort to ensure that my home is in good working order and that I am not overcharged or taken advantage of. One of the many things that I love about extreme comfort is the owners of the company are always available to talk to me personally over the phone. When there technician Roberto came home Mark spoke with me personally over the phone and developed a plan of attack as far as ensuring what I need to do and what they need to do to keep my units in good working order. Roberto showed me how to clean my unit properly and how to replace the filter. As a veteran I can say that Extreme Comfort loves and supports us and to me Extreme Comfort obviously knows the sacrifices that we as veterans make for our country and Extreme Comfort does all they can do to honor my service. Roberto always comes to my house and performs all the maintenance to my AC and Heating unit. He takes the time to explain to me what the problem is or how I need to maintain my units. He is very knowledgeable and performs his work in a timely and professional manner. Roberto came to my house today because I thought that I needed duct work. He troubleshooted the problem and made the necessary corrections to my unit in order to increase the cooling capacity. I wanted more cool air to circulate through the rooms in the back of my house and within 30 minutes of him working on my units I now have that. I mean it is like night and day as far as how much cool air is now circulating through the back of my house. Amazing!!!! Thank you Extreme Comfort for all you do!! Semper Fi

Marc and his team did a great job on this! We put in a top of the line Carrier system. They took great care of us! (1) Their pricing was the best in the metroplex, and we shopped several quotes before going with Extreme Comfort. (2) They only had one unit in inventory (Carrier is backordered), and when they tried to install it it turned out to be defective. They installed a temporary unit that week, and then bought another of the units I ordered from another dealier and installed it within a week. The installation was great. They were on time, got the work done pretty quickly and they were very clean. However, after replacing both of my 2 AC units, 3 weeks later one stopped working - of course at the end of the day. I called to report it to them at 5pm. Their hours were until 9 pm, but would not be able to make it by the end of the day. I was told they were not a 24-hr service and was initially told it would be the weekend before they could get out (it was a Thursday). However, they were able to promptly get the issue resolved by 10 am the following day. They called ahead and were there on time and got the issue resolved quickly.

Great service from the office - I found them through Angie's list and once I asked for a bid, I got a call back from Mark almost immediately, on a Saturday no less! Great service from the estimator, Earle. - He was punctual, professional, and fast. He answered all of my questions and provided a written (electronic) quote on the spot! Once I accepted the bid an install team was scheduled promptly. The team of 3 men led by Tony arrived, as scheduled. They were professional and personable. I showed them where things were and then they took over. They laid tarps to protect the floors and worked "crazy hard" to get the job done. They split up and worked on the inside and outside units simultaneously; which led to the whole project taking about half the time that I was expecting! Before leaving, they tested all of the systems and cleaned up after themselves. Finally, Tony walked me through everything that they had done and instructed me on proper maintenance. He answered a few more questions that I had, then thanked me for my business. I can't imagine how it could have gone any better. I am very pleased with my choice to use Extreme Comfort and I highly recommend the company!

When I decided to replace the unit, they were here the next day and were finished in a couple of hours. Marc gave me a great price on the new Carrier unit and I now have a 10-year warranty. Earle came by to give us a quote. He answered all of my questions, and did not overpromise. There were several challenges in our home that he admitted he couldn't 100% promise he could solve. I really appreciated the honesty and humility. Tony and his team of installers came yesterday. They were punctual (15 minutes early), professional, and went above and beyond the call of duty. They found three or four minor problems including a safety issue and a code issue from our last vendor, and fixed the problems. Our home has suffered from a degrading A/C unit for the last few years, partly because I wasn't confident we had a vendor that we could trust to be honest, not overcharge, and actually solve our problems. Extreme Comfort did all of that, and our family is so thankful. We will certainly be repeat customers and will happily recommend them to others.
