The crew was great. they called about 30 minutes ahead to let me know they were on the way. they explained what they were going to do, made sure it was what i expected (it was). they they covered the floors, and got to work. about 4 hours total time. great work. explained what was being done as they walked past me. great communication. took me on a "tour" once completed. they did a great job cleaning up. very nice group. I am extremely happy with the whole experience.

Very well. I was so surprised that they were able to come out the very day that I called. I worked with both Humberto and Howard, as well as Dan in the office. There were a few minor snags along the way which were attended to within hours. Over all I am extremely pleased with Extreme Comfort and will certainly use them again.

Have used this company for 16 years, and they only get better! This is my second A/C system to have installed; Jose, Noel and Victor did the install-what a great team! Punctual, careful while in my home, great clean-up when done. Nice appearance, too. Mark, the owner, is wonderful to deal with and always puts his cutomers first. As a woman with no knowledge of A/C systems, I wanted a company I could trust and boy did I find one! Everyone I have met or spoken to from Extreme Comfort has always been top-notch. I have a service contract that I have used twice, and as promsed, they came out right away to take care of the problem. I highly recommend Extreme Comfort AC.

Extreme Comfort Air & Heat came to the rescue. They accessed the problem & since the HVAC system was too old & unfixable, they installed a new HVAC system at a very reasonable price. Jonathan was the Tech & he & the others were so very nice & so very professional & they worked so hard to get the new system installed & they did an excellent job & in such a timely manner! I was very happy with their work! I could not be happier! They are the BEST A/C company in the Metroplex! I recommend them to everyone, for they are the absolute best! Thank you Extreme Air! ?

Ron Hollins called ahead of time & arrived on time. He was very professional and immediately understood our complicated air conditioning system . He replaced our upstairs thermostat. We are happy with his service and will call him again if we need service on our air conditioning system.

"We are never happy when one of our customers is dissatisfied with our service and always appreciate the ability to fix any issues that may arise. To begin, if our technician misdiagnosed the issue, we are deeply sorry; it was an honest mistake. Most leaks detected in the area where this leak was are the result of a faulty coil. The technician who diagnosed this system has been with our company for 10 years and has always received praise and takes great pride in his service. In addition, he is an hourly employee and is not on any sort of a commission plan and therefore has no motivation to increase a ticket price. His only goal is to solve our customer's problem. In the three hours our technician was on site, he also blew out the drain lines and filled up the Freon at no charge because he didn't want our customer to be uncomfortable overnight. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."

It took half of a day. It was really hard getting that big unit up the stairs into the attic. We like the customer service. We used them before we bought the new unit from them. Mark is always willing to bend over backwards for you. We had a particular service person that we really liked, even though he wasn't in the repair part, and Mark would make sure to let him be the one to come to our house. The owner is really great.

Their technician, Ron, was prompt and fixed all the items on our list. He serviced the units and gave us an estimate for the repairs which he performed the next day. We had another issue, but Ron came back out first thing the next morning and repaired the situation. He was very easy to work with and answered all my questions.

We got an estimate actually, they gave us a real high estimate and they were pretty rude, I wasn't here my wife was here and they kind of treated her like a second class citizen so I don't think we be using them. I wouldn't recommend them based on the estimate. My wife is usually easily impressed, she says oh they were so nice oh yes I'll use them but that's not what she said here.

Regarding the estimate, every new system install estimate from Extreme Comfort Air Conditioning and Heating comes with the No Surprises Guarantee. This means the estimate will include absolutely everything necessary to install a new system based on our customers' needs and wants, including duct work, plumbing, electrical, ect. After installation our customers never receive an additional bill for unforeseen expenses. In addition, we always pull permits on new unit installation which means the city or county inspector will be certifying our work after we are done. Most HVAC companies don't want to pay this expense, we do. It is important to us that our customers are confident in choosing Extreme Comfort Air Conditioning and Heating."
