Property Appraisal
He was very responsive to my timing. He was very professional and kind. He went over with me how the report would look when he finished his measurements and he said I would have his report before noon the next day. I received the report well before noon at around 9:00 a.m. His report was very professional and easy to ready. He was very easy to work with and I would most definately recommend him to others and I would use him again.

Eric didnt listen. he didnt take the time to review significant improvements on the house and left them off the report. additionally, he didnt seem familure with the area. he took pictures, didnt return phone calls and turned in a report that we couldnt use.
