We paid Mike for the full invoice on our project when he was 50% completed on the project. He told us that he was waiting on additional parts and would have to come back the following week to complete the job. After we paid, Mike stopped answering our phone calls and eventually blocked our phone numbers. This man has stolen our money. He is very dishonest. All I can hope is that someone sees this review prior to booking Mike?s service. Dishonest and fraudulent company.

Make sure not to give Mike Dozier of Bulldozier Windows any money upfront. He took our deposit and did not perform the work. He has not repaid the deposit we gave him in January 2024 and doubtful he ever will

Mike was quick to respond did temporary fix in case there was rain as window needed to be custom made. Quick to return and install new window. Cleaned up everything and checked all the other windows. Cost was less than I anticipated. Great job!!!

I hired Mike Dozier sole owner of Bulldozier to install windows at my Plano home. He requested 50% deposit upfront which I paid by check on 1/24/24 in the amount of $3609. I asked him if he would install the windows by the end of February and he replied yes. I began to call and send text messages in March but he did not reply. I finally got him on the phone and he said he had a knee injury which has delayed my install. We continued to call and talk to his assistant Lynette Harding and six months later in July Mike confessed he had only recently ordered the windows and would install on August 14, 2024. He did not show up on August 14th and we have not been able to get in touch with him since. We sent a demand letter to his home and business PO Box but both items have been returned by the USPS as Not Deliverable. I have used Bulldozier three times in the past with no issues so something has changed, he is no longer honest or reliable. I have filed a complaint with the BBB

Used Mike to replace all the window panes in my mom's house years ago - he came highly recommended by a trusted real estate agent, so when the seals failed on a number of 19-year-old windows at my house, i called him again. He looked at the various windows we pointed out, said which ones he thought needed replacing, and on the two-part slider, he said the un-foggy half was fine and didn't need replacing. No pressure at all.
Very professional, very courteous, and easy to deal with. His two-man crew did a great job, left absolutely no mess whatsoever, and it was really hot on the day they came to install.

I tried to fix it but then noticed the rubber strip between the chrome and glass was missing. Mike and helper came out and although the rubber is not available, lifted the glass and caulked where I could never have reached. It has been several weeks and we no longer have a water leak problem. Rachel in the office was great and expedited my service because my husband was in the hospital and I did not want him to deal with this problem after he got home. I recommend this family business

I had Bulldozier come out to give me an estimate and since it sounded fine, I proceeded with using them for the installation. It took a little while to get the window ordered and have them come back out to install it, but that wasn't a big concern for us. Overall the process was good, the price was fair, and they did great work. I would use them again.

He was very nice, professional, and reasonably-priced. I will definitely be going to him for all my window needs (and frameless shower door needs). He did not try to upsell me on anything, which he probably could have, being that my home has old single pane windows, which are surely not energy-efficient. Also I had more windows that obviously needed replacing but he doesn't mind coming back to do those at a later date. I have him a little lower grade for punctuality b/c he didn't show up one time b/c his office manager had failed to give him the work order. It was a very busy season. Other than that he has run within half and hour of our scheduled time, which is ok by me. Thumbs up! Give Mike Dozier a call.
