A-Z Estate Sales/Appraisals & Tyler Grace Auctions

The auction ended and my card was charged for $40, $40, 10. Ok, I should be getting an address to pick up soon? Pickup was today at 10am-5pm. At 10am I sent an email asking for the address or refund. Then I started receiving random charges for $28.9?, $1, $4, 38.9?, $40, $10 and it has continued on since then. I was emailed back that I had unpaid items and the address location would not be released until it was paid in full....as random charges kept being charged or declined. I was told to pay ASAP or my items would be given to the 2nd highest bidder and absolutely no refund would be given; this is a contract...but in their own policy it states, "items will be removed if unable to pay the full balance and paid items will be made available. Perhaps had I not been charged randomly I could have paid the balance, but due to their refusal to stop charging my card, I am unable to pay, the charges that did go through were not applied after the initial 3 payments and they have refused to let me pick up any of my items. Now, I have read through the reviews and I know what the response will be...oh that is not the way the story went so...here are the emails, screen shots and what not (if I can post them...they were nice enough to block me from posting a review on Google) Beware people...there are so many better auction houses out there and much better service. I would just like to add...it's 3:42 pm and they are still trying to charge my card random amounts.

I drove and hour to pick up my win from the estate sale and 30 mins later, I was still waiting to pick up the 1 item. When I inquired how much longer it would be, one of the employees became indignant. When I responded, she called the cops, said I hit her and stole the property. When the cops arrived, she had no proof of any assault or burglary, so I returned the merchandise and was allowed to leave.

Came out and do a partial liquidation. I'd sign the contract for 45% to pack/ pick up and sale the items . They came two hours late. The next day was shorter. They ran out of boxes after 1.5 hours. They went to get some more boxes and never came back. They told me after trying to reach them, they said they not coming back and hung up on me. They not responding to my emails. They told me my items are in the warehouse, but no one is calling me back. Zoey the owner is very rude.

Amanda and Jason were friendly, helpful, responsive, and professional in all of our interactions. They were outstanding to work with and I would hire them again without question.

I was extremely pleased with the estate sale that the A-Z family conducted for me. They went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I highly recommend their service and can't be more pleased with everything they did for me.

I was blessed enough to have a house full of high end furniture, but it is a leap of faith to choose the RIGHT estate professionals,  especially when you are really praying for a great turn out because you really NEED THAT CHECK.  And that fine furniture is all you have left.
A-Z  (Amanda & Jason) were reassuring from the get go,  and poor Jason worked  all. night. long. ,,,  Thursday night AND worked
the sale Friday.  That is just pure old fashioned work ethic.
The system they have to organize is a well oiled machine, taking them a a couple of days.  It would have taken me weeks.
Bottom line, they know what they are doing.  They are incredibly sweet with a comforting bedside manner, but when it comes to WORK,  they roll their sleeves UP,  and getting out of their way was the best thing you and I could do!
They are knowledgeable in so many areas, even pointing to me that something I had believed for 20 years was a designer label, from my friend!!,  Jason pointed out immedately small details that disproved the label.  Sucked for me but Jason knew his stuff.
 Amanda is a sweetheart who is just stellar at returning phone calls, answering questions AND working the sale.  But she is great about returning calls, and she is also a skilled problem solver.
Last but not least, their marketing is superb.  If A-Z is doing your sale, people WILL show up.   Outstanding marketing.

It went flawlessly.  Amanda and team told me to just leave everything I wanted to sell wherever it was and they would organize it for the sale.  I moved the week before and left it all behind.  She was so respectful of my time and move schedule. We had to reschedule the sale due to a delay and she was happy to accommodate.  She let me know daily what the sales were for that day and how it went.  She called several times to ask specifics about the sale items.  Very responsive and considerate in what can be a very difficult time in ones life.  It's hard to separate from your things that have accumulated over the years. AtoZ made it such a pleasant process.  She sent me a check 2 days after the sale was finished.  Their cut of the total sales was 35%.  Worth every penny.  I totally recommend A to Z Estate Sale!

Everything was good and they were very organized and they offer competitive pricing. They know their business very well and if I had any questions they helped guide me to the right answer very effectively.    They were flexible and accommodating with our schedules.  They are a very professional group, did an outstanding job and I would recommend their services to others.

They’re very nice people and did a really good job.  They kept really good records of the sales and it was  a smooth process where they came in and priced everything .  They arranged it so it was easier for the people who came to the estate sale.  They arranged everything like they said they would and were punctual.  Their pricing structure is fair and I would recommend their services to others.

The individuals with this company are very patient and understanding. They understand it maybe difficult for homeowners to let go of things some times and they just seem to have a way with the property owners. They also worked very hard for my friend to get them the best money for their valuables, prior to the sale some items were posted online to be auctioned for the owner to bring a better return. I really believe their desire is to advocate for the home owner and make them as much money as possible
