West Texas Appliance Repair

Made appointment for 07/07/2015 on 06/28/2015 to look at my washing machine that would not drain the tub after
washing a small load of clothes. West Texas Appliance called on 06/29/2015 stating they had a cancellation and would like to come look at my washing machine. They called this morning at 07:45 a.m. telling me "he" would call me at 9:00 a.m. and if he did not call in 45 minutes to call them back. I just wanted to know which half of the day/ an approximate time he was going to come by the house. After 3 phone calls his staff could not tell me anything and that basically I would have to wait between 8a.m. to 5 p.m.  for the technician to call me ( if he calls at all). I have no clue if he was to come today. After reading other reviews I cancelled. I only have a couple of days off to have repair service done and cannot take off of work if they are not going to confirm the appointment.

Mr. King is extremely professional and very thorough with his services. His team is extremely diligent in their work, and simply they provide a high quality service. We are so thankful to have their expertise in helping us rehab our yard. We most highly recommend them.

Great Service

I had to deal with this company many times. Their staff is very nice, however not very professional when they come to your home. Multiple times they looked at my dishwasher- I believe over 13 times- and I finally just had it replaced because they could never get the cylanoid and/other issues to be completely fixed. I had loud noises that were not normal, and they never were able to fix the issue. I am not even joking- my husband and I think one of the repairmen actually fell asleep on our floor for a few minutes one of the last times we used them. It sounds outlandish- but it happened. I won't miss having to deal with GE and WTA now that we have moved.

Tech very honest about the conditon of washer even told us what to look for in a new washer. They showed up on time on preformed the serviced requsted very well.

At this point, I still have a dishwasher that breaks glasses and an oven with the overlay peeling. West Texas Appliance is doing what they can to rectify this. I appreciate their interest and their concern.
