At the end of the day when the owner of the dealership approached the salesmen for the report of daily business transactions, he became very upset and furious that the vehicle sold grossed a profit of "ONLY" $3,000.00!
The owner of the dealership then proceeded to contact the customer via text message and multiple threatening phone calls demanding that the car be brought back to the dealership. (even though financing and the transaction were already complete)
The owner of the dealership repossessed the vehicle against the customer's will at 3am Saturday morning while the customer was on a short vacation with his family in New Braunfels, TX.
The dealership owner then "fired" the salesman without any reason of wrongdoing. The salesman was doing his job duties of: selling vehicles, holding gross profit, and taking care of his customer.
Intentional GREED should not be tolerated in any community as fair practice for a dealership "owner' to be able to treat a customer as poorly as they have treated this customer.
Steer clear of this dealership when shopping for your next vehicle, especially the owner!
