I called the Terminix office and left a message for the manager to contact me to set up our next appointment, that was over a week ago, I’ve not heard from him. His name is Mike. I also have a number for one of the technicians and I called that number two or three days ago and left a voicemail to return my call, I’ve not heard from him. The technicians name was George. It’s time to set it up but I just can’t get in touch with the local office.

Terminix does a good job for me. I'm pleased with them. Their price is okay.

It was great. They always come when they say they are coming and they do what they are supposed to do.  Their prices are higher. I transferred from a company they bought so they kept my price the same. It is normally $78. I use them all the time

It was good. Every time I've called them, they have come out and taken care of what I called them for. I pay $90 every 3 months.

I've had Terminix for years.  They're reliable, they show on schedule, and their treatment has been effective since I haven't had any pests.

They are expensive but good. They did a great job, and they came right out. They were very professional. We signed a 3 year contract with them, so we will continue to work with them.

Signed up with Terminix for a residential service plan at $85 per quarter to treat my house.  Initial service was scheduled between noon and 2 pm.  Technician never showed or called me to update his arrival time.  When the technician was 1 ½ hours late I called Terminix to reschedule my appointment since I had to leave for work.  I spoke to a service representative named Tyrone who promptly rescheduled me for the upcoming Thursday between 1 and 3 pm. 
Next I get called at 6:30 pm by another scheduler who wanted to schedule my appointment for this Saturday.  I explained that I had already called and had it rescheduled and confirmed for this Thursday between 1 and 3 pm by a service rep named Tyrone.  This latest service rep explained that Tyrone had just forwarded my request for scheduling to her and had not scheduled anything.  She explained that she?s the one that schedules for my area.  I asked her if Tyrone had lied to me when he confirmed my Thursday appointment and she said yes.  I was so frustrated by this time I told this latest scheduler to cancel my service contract.
Up to this point I had talked to 4 different people and they all had different versions of how Terminix scheduling was to work.  I had arranged for time off to meet two different appointments and ended up wasting one afternoon waiting on a technician that never showed.

The service is pretty regular. The people who came out seemed friendly and answered my questions. I haven't had a problem with them or anything. I'm in the military, so I get a quarterly discount.

I actually like them. HE just comes and does his job. There are no problems.

Everything turned out good. They were polite and professional and I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

I pay them every two years, and it is about $300 every three months. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

They are good. They do what they say and come when they are supposed to. They notify us when they are coming. It is fine and we have no problems with them. We've used them for 20 years.

We have been with them for eight years since we bought this house. We have a yearly contract for fleas or any other pests. The yearly fee covers everything. We would definitely continue to use them in the future.

He is always very good.  Everything is good.  He is competitive price-wise, as far as I can tell.

They come out monthly and charge me quarterly.  I have nothing to compare their prices to.  Their quality used to be good, but the last person who came out wasn't all that good.  There are a few issues that I have to straighten out.  I'm sure they will be fine.  I will be finishing out my contract for whatever it's worth.

They come once a year and I feel they are disorganized.  They said that they came for the service in April, 2011, but I was not aware of that, which is impossible.  I will use their services in future.

They did great work.  I'm very pleased with their checkups.  I haven't had any problems since.

Overall, it was good.  We don’t have any bugs or any termites.  Their price is average.

I pay them every time they come out and that is every quarter. I have not seen ants ever since.  They sprayed around the foundation of house and they come out every quarter. They were very helpful and they answered all our questions.  I don't have too many pest control companies to compare their prices with.
