Poor.  The worst we've experienced.  In half of our rooms it looked like they hadn't vacuumed.  Most of the ceramic tile hadn't been swept and none of it was mopped.  The bathrooms barely looked like they'd been touched.  Any dusting looked like it had been done around the items on the surface rather than actually picking the items up and dusting.  Overall, I could barely tell that they'd even been here.  No response from them when we called to complain and request at least half of our money back.

They charge $50 an hour for 2 people. They did a good, thorough job. Their demeanor was fine. They did their business and were gone. The price was a little high. I have somebody personally that I will use in the future.

I really enjoyed Robin's Cleaning and More while we lived in Abilene. I gave her a list of what I needed done, and she always checked off all the items on my list. I did prefer to have HER clean my house, though, and not one of her co-workers. Overall, great cleaning service.

I called on Sun to the cleaning service. I was given a list of the forms of cleaning that would be done and given a price. After discussing it with my husband, I called Robin's back and set up an appt for the following Tuesday. Robbie and Teresa arrived at the appointed time. They were very friendly and very kind to me as I had a broken leg. My husband and daughter went over the house after they had left. It was my husband and daughter who pointed out the things that were done well and those that were not done as well. The charge for the cleaning of my house was exactly as I was told.
