When I entered Battles Home Improvement to inquire about the shutters they sold, I was cordially met by one of their representatives. She proceeded to show me samples of the different styles they sold and answered all of my questions. They also gave me brochures about the shutters which answered further questions. Within a couple of days, the representative came to my home to
measure for the shutters. After answering her questions about how I wanted the shutters made, she gave me an estimated price. They came back to re-measure for accuracy after they received my down payment a few days later. The shutters are to arrive next week. They have already called me to arrange an installation date and time. I will submit another review once the shutters are installed.

The salesman came to my house and estimated the cost of just redoing the tub at $5000.00. When I advised him that was an unfair price the man made rude comments to me. I would never use them. I had to ask him to leave.
