Their price is very high. They are very professional. They came when they said they were. She 's very thorough but they just don't have any leeway on their wages.

They are very efficient and very prompt. They are always asking what needs to be done or if anything extra needs cleaned. I've had them so long they already know my needs.

They had to reschedule on us 3 times because we had some bad weather and flooding; so they had to cancel. They also had to cancel out once because the person who had to come out , her kid was sick and there were several excuses.

They did a great job. My interaction with them was good. I had to get my son’s house cleaned after somebody moved out. Somebody was renting it, so I needed to get it cleaned inside before they came. They knew what they were doing and came in and did it and did a good job. I would use them again in the future.

Years ago I had Merry Maids and I was not pleased. I had heard they had new management so I took a chance and called them. I am very pleased to repoort that everything went great. The first super cleaning was checked by the manager. And then they made arrangements for the next cleaning. They do a really good job. I am well pleased.

Their people did not do a good job. I let them go a few years ago. Also, one of the maids stole from me a couple of times. I had to get the police involved.

They are awesome! They shined up the microwave and wiped down the cabinets. I have had other services that just didn't do the small stuff like they do.
