The Loan Broker, Linda Love, gathered the information, documentation and credit reports on my husband and I and within one hour we were pre-approved for a loan in the amount that kept us on our disciplined budget. She understood some of our unique desires for having enough College support money for our son and being approved for a loan that would not be more than we wanted to spend each month, even though we could have been approved for a much higher amount. There was no fuss, no muss, no delayed processing and complete efficiency in getting a VA LOAN approved within one week of choosing a home to buy. We had a 3-week and 2-day full escrow closing with a VA LOAN. If you are familiar with VA Loans, this is surely close to a miracle. Our loan also included the total loan origination fee that is in line with most loan brokers that Love and Love charge, so we did not have to come up with extra cash at closing.
