Little Italy

At 7:50 pm on 2 JAN 2014 we called because no Limo had arrived. The waitress did not have a reservation for us. We ask to speak with the manager. Manager had a very sassy attitude, very unprofessional and told us that they called to confirm with us and that we hung up on them. We ask what number did she have. She had the wrong number. She admitted to having the wrong information however was not sympathetic at all. Limo driver finally arrives about 8:20pm. My husband told him there was a mix up. The driver responded " That's Life". The Limo is an older model maybe early 2000 or late 90s. Inside the Limo was dirty glasses and a bottle of water which was opened and half full. We arrive at the restaurant and was greeted by the waitress. Waitress did everything in her power to make us comfortable. At the dinner table, we notice a dirty knife on the floor. We gave it to the waitress. We ordered appetizer combo 9.99, lasagna 10.99, chicken parmigiana alfredo 14.99, 2 slice of cheese cake, and 2 cappuccino. The dinner also came with a salad bar which was awful. You could tell they had mixed old tomatoes which were minutes from molding with fresh tomatoes. We never seen the manager once we got there. We do take some responsibility for this tragic anniversary dinner. Never trust an advertisement. We will do research and visit the place first next time. The dinner was good, the combo appetizer was cold. They did give us the cappuccinos and cheese cake free. However, this is not a 5,4,3,2, star restaurant at all. For the price we paid you would think the  restaurant would be well cared for. Little Italy need some tender loving care.  Therefore, I do not understand how total for dinner for 2 and a Limo was $156.00. So not worth it. Our order for food that we order came to $35.97 so guess for an old  Limo to pick us up drive less than 10 miles and less than 15 min cost $120.00. Our total to include tip was $180.00. This is the worst dining out experience I've ever experienced. Our first mind was to cancel since they did not have a reservation however it was our anniversary and we look forward to dining at Little Italy. At the end of the night the Limo driver confirmed that the employee who took our reservation no longer works there. This place is ok for lunch not a romantic dinner.
