I go here every time. I am always satisfied, they do a great job! I bought my car from here as well. I pay an installment plan, and get lifetime oil changes.

They were very nice and I recommend them to others.

My car is still at Lithia and will be towed to a body shop for repair. I feel confident that it is in good hands.

Called LIthia of Toyota where I purchased my 2010 Toyota 4 runner to see if I could make an appointment to have a new battery installed. I asked if they had my size of battery in stock. They checked and yes they did have it in stock. Then I made the appointment for 11:30a.m. I arrived at 11:15 a.m. I was told there were two batteries to choose from and asked what the difference was. The only differences given were that one was an Interstate battery and the other was Toyota True something or other. No one could answer who actually made the Toyota battery and they just install what the manufacturer suggested. No answers were provided to questions asked about cold cranking power/amps etc. They just looked at me. I waited until about 1:30pm thinking that my car should be just about finished. At 1:35pm I was informed that they did not have my battery in stock and they would have to go pick one up to install in my car. All this time I have been patiently waiting (about 2 hours) and not one service person has said a word. So much for appointments with Toyota. I figured that by the time they returned with new battery another hour would pass and then it would be close to an additional hour to one and one-half hours to finish. This meant that I would have waited from 11:30a.m until at least 3pm for Toyota to finish installing my battery. I guess they were going to let me just sit there for several hours waiting for this battery to be installed. I picked up my keys and drove to Interstate Battery and had a new battery correctly installed in 15 minutes and saved over
$75.00. So much for Toyota Service Manager. He offered to come to my house to install the battery but I didn't have any more time to sit there and wait for him to show up. Only dealership for Toyota in town.

Did not find any issues with the car. checked the oil and said it did not need to be changed. shows honesty. they could have changed the oil and said it needed to be done and I would not have known better

Replaced windshield on car, had to wait awhile, there was some confusion in the service department on order, but after that was straightened out, then everything went fine.

Had oil change and service at a competitor's business. They raised a possible issue with the Prius secondary battery (something they were not qualified to repair or replace). They suggested I take my car in to the dealer, which is what I did. I was leaving on a trip early the next day and needed the battery checked out ASAP. The dealership got my car in without an appointment within 15-20 minutes and was able to check it out and confirm that there were no problems with the battery, which they did at no charge. I really appreciated the quick response and fitting me in to their busy schedule that day, since I was traveling a long distance the following day.

DO take your car in for service. DON'T take their recommendations as gospel without review. Make sure they actually look where you tell them, and don't fill your bill with extras.

They were great and the service was fantastic. Their service was an "A" all the way!
