My overall experience with "Kunkel Outdoor Living" is an A+++++++++!!!!! I called them as they had been referred to me from a co-worker after a terrible experience I had in contracting for a new Pergola on our home. From the minute I called Ethen Kunkel his promptness and even his concern for what we had been through was exemplinary. He had to come in and particially demolish what the other company had done, as well as try to fix their severe mistakes in squaring and measuring the frame and finish the pergola. He gave us completion date of three days and it was done in three days. His estimate was extremely fair considering what he had to do. My pergoal is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Kunkel Outdoor Living for anything you need done outdoors.
