I've shopped at Home Depot several times and the people there have always been friendly and helpful.

They were very informative. My overall experience was an A.

They are always out of stock.  You might wait 3 months for some items, or they will tell you to go to another one of the other stores and when you get there don't have what they sent you there for.  They are polite and considerate but they don't know what they are doing.  I hate that place, but unfortunately I will continue to go there because it is convenient and I still need the products they do have.

.   I got a fifty year warranty on it and 25 years of free workmanship.  I did not dislike anything about them.   They were on time and they finished the whole work in one day. They were not the cheapest nor were they expensive.  I will use them in the future.

We bought the top of the line.  They did an excellent job.  It was the highest grade of carpet they had.  It turned out well.  It was the first time we used them for anything.  They are going to be doing more work for us in about a month.  They are going to be putting in quartz countertops, replacing our sink, and replacing the tiling along the backsplash with decorative tiling.

My interaction with them was outstanding. The one sales person was truly spectacular and very patient with me. I bought various appliances and he told me in detail about the specific appliances. He had a detailed knowledge about the appliances. He also told be about the pros and cons of all the appliances that they had there. I'm a retired military so I got a discount that I got it processed very quickly. They dealt with all the paper work necessary for the tax break for the energy efficiency stuff. I was extremely impressed with that particular individual who helped me out. I would use them again in the future.
