Taylor Smith is the representative who came out and gave me the estimate. I asked when they could start the job. Mr. Smith said it would be about 3 weeks. After 4 weeks I called and spoke with Mr. Smith. Ask him if he wanted my business? He assured me he did and was sorry but they were still working on other jobs. He estimated it would be another week.
I quit worrying about it and just waited. The crew came on about the middle of August and worked for two days. They did a good job and left the area clean of roofing nails and trash.
THE PROBLEM IS I NEVER HAD ANYONE COME OUT AND CHECK ON THE JOB OR CONTACT ME AFTER THE CREW FINISHED.
I JUST RECEIVED A BILL WITH NO THANK YOU OR SQUAT! I WOULD THINK FOR A JOB THAT WAS $8000+, I WOULD AT LEAST HEAR FROM THE REPRESENTATIVE TO SEE IF I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE JOB.
MAYBE I SHOULD HAVE WAITED TO PAY THEM UNTIL I HEARD FROM THEM! FOR THAT REASON, I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN. THEIR PROFESSIONALISM NEEDS WORK.

It went really well.  No issues with what we wanted and and it took two days to complete.  The only problem is that you have to make sure that you have pictures or anything hanging on the walls near the edge of the house.  We had a few things fall off the wall.

I called Cody Hartman in the morning and he said he would drop bye. That evening he called and said he'd been on an emergency and at the house at 7. I told him not to bother but he said he'd given his word. He turned up on time checked the roof and said he'd send his repair team around. The repair team came the next day and gave me a price. I said to go for it and the next morning they started but found that there was significantly more damage than thought. He had to have a special piece made and them reflash the whole chimney base. He said it cost more than expected and I was prepared to pay more but he said his estimate was all he wanted. Very professional, very quick and very well done.

Hartman Roofing is tops. They do an excellent job. We got a better deal than what the original estimate was.

GREAT. I RECOMMEND HARTMAN WITH NO RESERVATIONS.

This is the second time I have called them to repair problems after a storm. Both times were wind damage. Basically, I called one day and a couple of days later I came home from work  and the issue was fixed, it was that easy and they matched my roof perfectly.

It was fine.

Went well, I first asked for estimates from a couple of companies, but only Hartman returned with a written estimate, plus Hartman was the company i used back in 03 during the last hail storm where I had my roof replaced.

Up to a point, their service was good, if not exemplary.  However, after the new roof was in place we continued to have leaks.  Hartman's people came back again and again, but the leaks persisted.  Finally, I had to call in another company to repair the leaks Hartman couldn't deal with.  The roofers did not seem to know what they were doing.  An insurance adjuster familiar with local companies told me this sort of thing was typical with Hartman.

He was referred to me from a friend. I called and he came to give me an estimate. I accepted and work began within about a week. Workers arrived on time, worked hard and cleaned up well each day. Work was finished in about another week.
