I have used them before as well. They will be coming out soon to do a service call because they told us that they would install the dryer when we bought it. The people who delivered could not install it, so we called Best Buy and they told that they will be coming to help us install it properly. We found that we had a problem with the washer, so they are going to solve two problems. We called them on July 3rd and we have not heard from them yet. We are pleased with their service. The quality of the product is good as well. Their prices are very good.
