Lance was referred by a friend. I have never had luck with any machanic. However, this guy is so perfect I bring my parents vehicles from out of town to have them serviced by him. He has "Never" over charged me, complained about any request made, or refused to fix any issue I might have had with a repair. This is not my first time to use Lance for auto repair. He serviced my 1985 Buick Century, my 2003 Buick Park Avenue and now this pickup. The pickup is being repaired to give to my Dad to use as an everyday vehicle. My Dad is going to be 74 years old and I need this pickup to be perfect when I deliver it to him. Lance made a list of all my requests and if for Any reason what so ever, if he felt the repair might be a waste of my money...this guy would explain to me why and ask if I wished to continue with the requested repair. Now how many of you can actually say that? Not anyone I know. His work is prompt, his shop is clean, his attitude is perfect, his personality is friendly. He use to work for other local shops but decided to open his own. He Will Not Rip You Off! He won't throw parts at an issue until he thinks it is fixed. If he doesn't have the answer he will find it and tell you. I had so many requests on this pickup that I had to make myself a list of what I had ask him to do. Took the pickup to him on a Tuesday, told him that there was no rush and believe it or not, it was ready by Friday. In fact, as I drove off from his shop one day when I stopped by, Lance noticed my tail light was out, called me and I drove straight back and he replaced it. How many businessmen do you know that will do that? He is honest and I trust him with all my automotive repairs. I am glad he is younger then me because I would not want to out live this guy. He is perfect in my book.
