Shane was very rude did not listen. Did a horrible job installing gutter guards ruined a class 4 roof edge. When requested to fix issue always had an excuse it was gutters full or roofer did it even though gutters where installed after new roof. Came back 3 times and caused more damage to home. I had another company verify incorrectly installed and wrong installation of guards. After numerous repair attempts by free flow gutters it was still like not having gutters at all. Company was given one more chance to make right and they cancelled. I believe waiting 2 yrs is enough. Would not recommend this company at all. No customer service, pride or trying to make it right.

BEWARE: Free Flow Gutters LLC. I hired this company to replace hail damage gutters. They sold me 6" gutters in replace of the 5" that we had with heavy hangers and leaf guard screens and 5 yr labor warranty. We informed them to please be careful of the new roof and asked if they would be putting any holes thru the new metal edge and was informed that the roof and metal edge would not be touched. The first light rain we noticed it was like not having gutters at all. The first attempt to repair issue was to take off the Leaf guards and replace with some form of screen type. Free Flow Gutters during the replacement of Leaf Guards installed them totally incorrect by pushing them under the edge of shingles at least 3/4" to 1" along with screwing them down under the edge of the shingles thru the metal edge which caused damage to our new class 4 roof lifting the edge of the shingles and ripping them. We request that they come back and fix the shingles and not knowing that they had screwed thru the metal edge. The Second attempt the damaged more of the home by pushing upward on the gutters causing the facia of the home to split and causing more damage to the roof. The Third attempt they caused more damage and it was even worse than the other attempts. The 4th attempt was cancelled by them due to son had football game. Finally feed up with excuses requested our money back at least half or that they pay for all damages and to have someone else repair gutters to work properly. NO RESPONSE!!!! Up on hiring another company we have now been informed of just how wrong the installation of gutter were and how much damage was caused by FREE FLOW GUTTERS. The company has no professionalism and will not even try to satisfy there customer or fix the issue so their warranty means nothing. BEWARE the company is not BBB accredited nor our they BONDED or INSURED. No Member of CHAMBER OF COMMERECE. RUN I will not recommend this company .

Excellent , perfectly installed seamless gutters. The color is also a perfect match for my home. I decided to add more over my garage, so they are going to come back in 2 weeks. I am extremely happy with the quality workmanship.
