he only negative thing about Discount Tire is the wait time. We have learned to make an appointment for our vehicle, and then it doesn't take long at all. We even take our new cars in and buy their services for those tires. We have used Discount Tires for over 20 years and never had a real problem other than waiting. We have recommended them to family and friends, and will continue to do so.

I am old and I have purchased many set of tires from many different retailers. I have never had a better experience than the one with the national chain Discount Tires. If you are hesitant using the Internet, you will miss out on a remarkable service. I started by calling
everyone else in town to get their "best price". Discount Tire was the last. I accessed their local website, entered in my make, model and year vehicle. Their system immediately informed me that the tires for my car were in stock (many other retailers in town said they would have to order the tires and they would be here in a few days). Next I got topick an "appointment time". Unbelievable! I completed the form, submitted it and in about 30 seconds got back a confirmation.
When I showed up at the store, I was immediately greeted by several salespersons. The place was packed. I assumed I would be there for quite a while. Not so. They were expecting me. The tires were all pulled and in a pile. The salesperson that wrote up the order assured me I would be on my way in less than 30 minutes. I said, "Great", but I thought "Nonsense". 29 minutes later I was back in my car and on my way back to the office. What an amazing operation.
