They show up on time and get right to work, but the windows are not very good. Air still comes in. One was installed improperly, but they came out quickly to fix it. The worst thing was that they hurled broken sheets of glass out of the second story windows with no warning and without caution. They came within an inch of hitting my dog with a jagged piece that was about a 12" by 6". It could have have killed him. I was 3 feet behind my dog, so could have gotten hit, too. I am still furious about it. Shards of glass were in my flower beds and bird bath, but they cleaned up reasonably well. They weren't the friendliest work crew, either. I do appreciate that they talked me out of more expensive triple-pane glass saying they are not really any better than double-pain.
