Manicures/Nails
The nail tech was very rough with the removal of the nails to the point I yelpt and quot;ouchand quot; and jerked away. He told me that I don't need to move and asked if I knew anything about nails. I replied with and quot;Well, I know that it's not supposed to hurt!and quot;. He used the hand held device to file off the old nail all the way down until I felt a burning pain under my original nail.

great except they should learn how to speak English and communicate with the customer rather than just each other.
