Everyone that works there were very helpful. Whenever I had to bring him in or when I called. They always did their very best to make that Charles got the best TLC and treatment. Always answered all of our questions. When we had to let Charles go be with Jesus yesterday, the staff was very supportive.

I've been seeing our vet from Big Country Veterinary Clinic for over 30 years. I've known him my whole life and I trust him totally. I would not go to anybody else. He's taken care of the pets I've had, literally, my whole life, from when I was a child, when my parents brought our pets there. My parents and brothers all still go to him. He's pretty awesome.
