Terrible! The bid was low and a review of his previous work looked excellent. His original finish date was scheduled for 2/4/11. He did not finish the job until 4/1/11. He put several other jobs in front of ours. He did not communicate this until we went and confronted him. He changed our original drawings for no obvious reasons. He then wanted draws before work was completed. He made 50 plus promises of work schedule and did not meet any of them. We had to make hundreds of phone calls to force him to finish the job. He would rather not tell the truth than be truthful. He put us over 2 months behind schedule. His workers were very courteous but they were caught in the middle of their boss's very poor business practices. We have built several homes and have never had such a miserable experience with any of our sub-contractors. He is a great talker but did not prove to be a man of his word.
