1. Technician arrived within 5 minutes of the originally agreed time
2. All repairs and service was performed in a pleasant but professional manner
3. All areas were left as clean as before the work was done. All work done properly.
4. Following the 2nd service call, the new exhaust fan began making a vibrating noise after 2-3 weeks of use
5. The company sent a service person back to our house and the problem was corrected - company not willing to accept any pay for the service call; apparently they have a 1-year 100% satisfaction policy
I am satisfied beyond my expectations. We have lived in the house for nearly 30 years and have not had need of much repair-work. This company is spectacular using any measure. I wouldn't consider using anyone else. Glad I am not employed as a competitor of theirs!!
