If there is ever any doubt in picking the right contractor for a specific job, Michael Landtroop is your guy. He does pretty much everything. He does everything with a dogged attention to detail.
I needed a storm door installed. He arrived on the same day as the call and fitted that thing in 1 hour approx. No trouble at all.
Get him talking and he can tell you about all the odd jobs he's completed; all the practical knowledge freelance work needs. All the other A+ reviews are not just for show. Micheal Landtroop is prepared and able for just about any form of home repair or fabrication job.
Top man. Gold star. Recommended to anyone!

He wasn't here even 30 minutes and was trying to charge me about $350 we ended up settling on $150.

The provider, Mike, did a fantastic job overall. He was polite, courteous, professional, and very efficient. He encountered several problems with plumbing, this being an old house. But he handled everything smoothly and quickly. He is very capable at doing many things and I certainly intend to have him do much more work for me. I highly recommend this young man to anyone who wants quality work at affordable prices. He insists on customer satisfaction with all his jobs. He did a really good job. He was good with suggestions and took the time to explain things to me. He even took the time to show me what he was thinking since I'm a visual person. He worked within my hours and was very punctual - even a little early.
