I had to wait a couple of weeks for work to begin, and they kept the car several days more than expected due to discovering damage not seen until the bumper had been removed. So I was without the car longer than expected. However, I thought the shop did a good (though not perfect) job in aligning replacement parts and matching the paint, and I am pleased that my brand new (135 miles) car has retained its brand new appearance after the work was completed.
Minor negatives: Shortly after picking up the car, I discovered that the rear camera was not functioning, Upon returning the car to the shop, a technician took less than half an hour to identify and fix the problem by removing the lower trunk lid panel and reconnecting the camera cable which someone had neglected to do before reattaching the panel after painting. Also, I later noticed that an insulation strip may not have been replaced between the trunk lid external and internal panels, perhaps in connection with the camera fix, but I have not taken the car back in to have that confirmed. Given the inconvenience of having to return the car for a correction, my A rating on quality is actually an A-, but nearer an A than a B.
Everything else was in good repair, and no other problems have shown up during the month since I picked up the car, and I am pleased that when the camera problem was reported, it was promptly resolved while I waited. I was also very pleased with the attitude, interest, and competence of the lady who made all of the necessary arrangements, clearly explained them to me, and handled the scheduling and paperwork involved.
Bottom Line: Not perfection, but very good, and I am happy to recommend this body shop to others.
