ppliance Doctor came and diagnosed the washing machine of which I could no longer wash clothes. He ordered the part and
fixed it.  I have washed several loads of clothes with no problems at all over the last two days. He was very personable and has a good personality. I would certainly use him again.

The service went excellent. The only reason for the B in responsiveness (and its probably not truly even justified) it did take all day to get a return call to set up an appointment. I made the original call about 9am and had almost forgot about it when my phone rang around 4pm.  The lady was very nice that made the appointment and apologized multiple times for the long delay in returning my call.  So any way Rodney the actual owner and repair technician showed up on time and was very professional dealing with my wife about her problem with the dishwasher. The appliances were already in the house when we purchased and moved in. Rodney worked on it for about a half hour then thoroughly explained what he did and ways to keep it running smooth and clean. The machine now works fantastic no more food and soap still on the dishes after running it.  He does 100% guarantee his work for 30 days and said if the problem was not fixed to call and he would return.

The thermostat on one of my refrigerators was not working causing my freezer to gain temperature. Mr. Roberts tested it a determined the least expensive option. My other refrigerator's ice maker quit working and had a part that had to be replaced. Both services were covered under this bill.

Realized my refrigerator was getting too hot right about July 2. Called Rodney from Appliance dr and even
though he was very busy he worked me in that day. He didn't get to my house till after 5 but he told me ahead of time it would
be that late. Ordered the thermostat from Dallas because no one locally had the part. He got my frig where it would work temporarily till part came. When he fixed thermostat we told him the ice maker was leaking and he fixed that free. :)

Mr. Roberts was extremely reasonable and provided a high quality service. He came to the house and would not charge us until the work was completely done. He worked very hard to get our refrigerator up and running. We really appreciated his work ethic and we will definitely use him in the future.

He was very helpful and explained all that he was doing. He wanted to make sure we were satisfied with his work. He even said he would check back with us to make sure there were no further problems.

Loved it! We will definitely use him in the future.

I was more than pleased. He was personable and professional. He was willing to wait to make sure removing the link had fixed the problem before taking payment, but I was convinced that was the problem (and it was).

He showed up on time and was done very quickly. He was very friendly and explained to us what had gone wrong. Previously he had replaced the same part. Since the part was faulty, the repairs were free. We were very pleased. He really stands by his work!

I found him on here and called him to look at the dishwasher before we went out and bought a new one. He was great! He made multiple trips over to try various parts, starting with the simpliest items before making us spend the money on a new pump. While there he even noticed that we were having trouble with the microwave light and ordered a new part for that and fixed it. After all the time he spent troubleshooting the dishwasher, I was sure the bill would be outrageous, but it wasn't. He did not bill us for the extra dishwasher parts that had not been used to remedy the problem, just the ones that were used and some labor. Plus, he only charged us for the part for the microwave, no labor fees for that. He is an extremly knowledgable repairman and we will use him next time we have difficulties with an appliance.
