Abilene Locksmiths

My passport was locked in the safe and I could not open it. I've had the safe since before 1993, have opened it many times, know how to open it, but I tried and tried and could not. And I needed to leave about 30 hours after I discovered the problem. I called all the locksmiths in town, and they were all booked up and could not come today. But Gary McDonald (this company) said he would come by and see what kind of safe it was with the intention of coming tomorrow. He came, and he tried the combination I had, and he got it open. He took more time to tell me some things I might do in that situation. I know that after he agreed to come by my house before going to Brownwood where he had two safes that needed emergency work, he had agreed to see someone else, too. He was most generous and helpful and caring. He charged me for a service call and we plan to have him clean and service the lock in a couple of weeks.
