Very satisfied with their work and professionalism.
Description of Work: Cleaned living room carpet which had a couple of bad stains. They came back a second time as it took a second cleaning to remove the spots.

The phone rang about 6 times, then a male answered, and the conversation went like this: Male Voice: "Hello?" Me, wondering if I'd reached the wrong number because I was expecting a professional greeting: "Is this A-Town Electronics?" Male Voice: "Yes. It is." Me: "Do work on any other electronics besides TVs? My onkyor receiver started working funny after my house took a lightning strike." Male Voice: "No." ...awkward silence... Me: "Ok. Well thanks anyway. I appreciate your time." I didn't wait for a response at that point, so I don't know if he said anything else. Regardless, I found that to be a VERY unprofessional attitude and I won't do business there in the future.
Description of Work: I called this company at (325) 672-3991 to find out if they worked on other electronics besides televisions because I needed my Onkyo receiver looked at after a lightning strike to our home.
